Terms of Service
Last updated: October 21, 2026
Draft, pending legal review. This policy was written in plain language for launch and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. Questions? Email ahmeddfayed96@gmail.com.
These terms apply when you buy services from Reliable Loop, 588 El Camino Real, Unit 167, Santa Clara, CA 95050 (“we”, “us”). By paying an invoice or payment link from us you agree to them. Your written scope (the “Scope”) is part of these terms. If they conflict, the Scope wins. Our product PayoutToBooks has its own terms.
1. Services and scope
We provide the automation services described on this site and in your Scope, for the fixed price and timeline it states. Work outside the Scope is quoted separately and only done after you approve it.
2. Prices and payment
- Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Setup fees are due before work starts (in full, or as a deposit with the balance due at handover if the Scope says so).
- Optional monthly plans are billed in advance every month until cancelled. Usage over a plan’s included allowance (for example AI or recording minutes) is billed at the published overage rate.
- Third-party software you use (for example Shopify apps or your property-management system) is billed to you by that provider.
3. Cancellations and refunds
See the Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: setup fees are fully refundable before work starts, and monthly plans can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give us the access and information listed in the Scope, and review and approve message copy before it goes live.
- You are the sender of messages and calls made through your systems. You are responsible for having the consents your messages require (for example under the TCPA, CAN-SPAM and carrier business-texting rules) and for following the laws that apply to your business, including fair-housing and healthcare-privacy rules.
- Use the services only for lawful purposes. We may pause a service that is being used unlawfully or that causes complaints or carrier violations.
5. Delivery, acceptance and fixes
We aim to deliver within the timeline in the Scope, usually 5–10 business days after payment and access. After handover you have 14 days to report anything that doesn’t work as the Scope describes, and we fix it at no charge.
6. Ownership
You own your accounts, data, recordings and the message copy written for you. We keep ownership of our general templates, tools and know-how, and give you a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use what we set up for your business.
7. Third-party services
Our work relies on third-party platforms (phone carriers, Shopify, email providers, AI and transcription services). We aren’t responsible for their outages, price changes or policy changes, but on a monthly plan we’ll help adapt your setup when they change.
8. Warranty disclaimer
Apart from the fix window above, the services are provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee specific business results, such as a number of leads, sales or reviews. Automated assistants can make mistakes, so keep a human in the loop for important decisions.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service involved in the 6 months before the claim, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.
10. Confidentiality
We keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only to provide the services.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes are handled in the courts of Santa Clara County, California. We’d rather resolve issues directly, so please email us first.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Changes don’t affect Scopes already agreed. Contact: ahmeddfayed96@gmail.com.
