FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does “fixed price” mean?

Before any work starts you get a one-page scope that lists exactly what we will build, the price and the timeline. If you later want something outside that scope, we quote it separately before doing it. No hourly billing, no surprises.

How long does a setup take?

Most setups are delivered in 5 to 10 business days after we receive payment and the access we need. Your scope states the timeline for your project.

How do I pay?

Payments are processed by Stripe through a secure invoice or payment link. The setup fee is paid before work starts (in full, or a deposit with the balance at handover if your scope says so). Optional monthly plans are billed automatically each month by Stripe.

Is the monthly plan required?

No. Most setups work without it. The monthly plan covers ongoing costs where they apply (for example phone numbers, SMS or AI minutes), monitoring, reports and small changes. You can cancel any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Do you need my passwords?

No. We ask for collaborator, staff or API access that you control and can revoke, never your owner login or password.

Do you handle patient health information?

No. For dental and medical offices we work only inside the HIPAA-compliant systems you already use, and we do not export, receive or store patient information.

Who sends the texts and emails to my customers?

Your business does, from your own number or account. We set up transactional messages with clear opt-out (“Reply STOP”) and keep marketing messages out unless you already have the required consent.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Setup fees are fully refundable until work starts. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
