Reliable Loop (“we”, “us”), 588 El Camino Real, Unit 167, Santa Clara, CA 95050, provides automation services to businesses and operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. Our product PayoutToBooks has its own privacy policy.
1. This website
This site has no analytics, no advertising trackers, no cookies and no forms. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the site.
2. Information you send us
When you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it to reply, prepare scopes and quotes, and provide the services you ask for.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We receive your name, email, billing details and payment status from Stripe, but never your full card number. Stripe’s use of your information is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
4. Client systems and data
- To deliver a service, we work in the accounts and tools you give us access to (for example your phone system, store or property-management platform), using access you control and can revoke.
- We access and process your customers’ data only as needed to build, run and support the service you bought, only on your instructions, and we don’t sell it or use it for any other purpose.
- We don’t collect or store payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, tenant screening reports or patient health information. For healthcare clients we work only inside your existing compliant systems.
- For call recording and voice services, recordings, transcripts and summaries are stored with our service providers on your behalf. They’re kept for 24 months by default or a shorter period you choose, and exported or deleted at your request when the service ends.
5. Service providers
We use trusted providers to run our business and deliver services, such as Stripe (payments), Google (email), Cloudflare (hosting) and the telephony, messaging, transcription and AI providers needed for specific services. They process data only to provide their services to us.
6. Retention
We keep business and billing records as long as required for tax and accounting (generally up to 7 years) and correspondence for up to 24 months after our last interaction, unless you ask us to delete it sooner and we aren’t required to keep it.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or ask what we hold about you. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete and correct, and the right not to be discriminated against for using them. We don’t sell or share personal information for targeted advertising. To make a request, email ahmeddfayed96@gmail.com.
8. Security
We use access controls, the least access needed for each job, and providers with strong security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.
10. Changes and contact
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above. Questions: ahmeddfayed96@gmail.com, or write to Reliable Loop, 588 El Camino Real, Unit 167, Santa Clara, CA 95050.
